Topic 1: Preparing for the first 4x4 workshop
- Confirm February date with Andrea (Melody)
- Coordinate a meeting of the players to discuss workshop details
-(Melody will call Andrea)
-(Deb will contact CCP artists for potential theatre & dance experts)
*This meeting is set for Tuesday, November 18th @ 10am after ACE meeting
- Find out about constraints for professional development credit (Deb)

Topic 2: Initial ideas for ACE mission statement/goals
- Bring arts into the schools through
-4x4 professional development training of teachers
-making teachers aware of community arts resources
-bringing community arts resources directly to classrooms
*Come up with 2 additional ideas for potential goals (everyone)

Topic 3: Expanding ACE members & contacts
- Contact Drew Silvaggio (Sara)
- Contact Kathy Schultz (Deb)
- Idea to have a quarterly forum for local arts groups; set goals for different art forms
*Come up with 4 names of local arts groups (everyone)

Topic 4: County Meeting for Elementary
- How do we help make this happen?
